Is AZrepair Authorised service center for all mobile phone brands?

No. AZrepair is not Authorised for any mobile phone brands.

Why should I send my Device to You?

We are one of the European leading non-warranty Mobile Phone & Tablet repair centres. We have been dealing with repairs on mobile devices for the last 10 years.We offer a fast efficient repair service for all Mobile Phone & Tablets.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 90 days we will take care of it free of charge! Check Warranty page for full details.

Will I still have my Phone warranty intact?

Unfortunately any repairs not done by the manufacturer will usually void your warranty

How long will I have to be without my Device while its being repaired?

Most repairs are carried out within 1-2 working days; some high level repairs such as liquid damage can take longer. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. However, on some occasions our turnaround times can be extended due to a high level of repairs or parts availability.

Will I lose my data saved on my Device?

We endeavour to keep all data unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repair usually include software problems. We always recommend customers to take a backup before submitting Phone for repairs.

What if you are unable to save my water damaged device?

If we are unable to repair your water damaged device for any reason, your payments will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping and your phone will be returned. If your device could not be repaired and you do not want the phone back or do not wish to pay for return shipping, we will be happy to recycle the device at our repair facility.

I don’t see my device listed on your site. Can you repair other devices?

We are constantly adding new repairs to the pricing lists. If you don’t see your device / repair on our list, try our Contact page to get a quote from a technician.

Mail In Repairs and Shipping


Where do I send mail in repairs to?

Please ship your Device to our mail in service location at:

Please include your name and/or order number with the phone so that we can quickly locate your order and begin the repair when it arrives at our repair facility. Once the phone has been repaired, we will return it to shipping address that was specified during checkout.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. AZrepair is not responsible for packages that are shipped by other means.

How much is return shipping to get my device back to me?

Please note there is a €15 restocking fee for all returns.

Do you need my SIM Card?

Nope. We have our own SIM cards to test the phone with, no need to send yours.

Do you need my pass code?

Yes we do. If there is a pass code on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, wifi and bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed
